Anyone who is considering aborting a child with Down Syndrome should be required to watch this video, which went viral after Mr. Stephens testified before Congress. The irony is that many of the people clapping the loudest after he spoke have also voted for legislation that allows mothers to murder their unborn children for no other reason than that he or she has indicators of Down Syndrome.
