What is life all about?

“The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I came that they may have life, and have it abundantly.” Jesus, John 10:10

Last night I was so pissed off at the "SYSTEM" - not a single network ran the President's Army parade, celebrating (mostly) the birthday of the Army - 250 years. Though not typical of the U.S., and even though we do not celebrate the deaths involved, celebrating the good aspects of the military seems within our rights as a country, with the proper decorum.

If it had been Biden or Obama doing the celebrating, there would have been flaming drag queens leading the parade - after all, it's "pride month." But if President Donald J. Trump is in favor of it, it must be bad, very bad. “Why, look at the total waste of $45 million to pump up the ego of a wannabe tyrant, dictator, king!”

Just for the record, I was wondering how much various other optional presidential expenditures had cost in recent history, events that were either ignored or lauded by the left and Democrats.

  • Obama's lavish trip to Africa ($60-100 million)
  • Obama-Care website disaster - $1.7 billion
  • Biden's Inaugural Festivities - $60 million
  • Disastrous summer of 2020, BLM (farce), destruction and waste - $ WHO KNOWS $$$ ?

There seems to be far more going on than we are shown in “the news.” And on top of that, there is untold and copious gas-lighting and manipulation going on.

In doing a little digging, I believe there was financial support for the “military parade," which was not only a celebration of the birthday of the Army, but also more than a little bit of birthday party for President Trump. Does anyone remember any celebration(s) for Obama? Along with that, this event also served as a recruitment tool, to bring new young soldiers into the forces. Much better than offering a place for gay and/or transgender folks to get access to medical support for their diversity.

The thing with the major networks is really coming to a head, very reminiscent of the movie “NETWORK” (1976), when Peter Finch's character finally had everyone get up, go to their opened windows, and yell outside:

"I'm as mad as hell, and I'm not going to take this anymore!"

And if you think hell is mad, I think the opposite! Hell is happy about all this - it's heaven that is “mad!”

My faith has grown through the years, but both in conjunction with the institutional church and through small groups and individuals, including books as well as group settings, where deep, sincere faith is shared that aligns with Biblical truth."
