DOJ Thug Jack Smith Will Wreck Everything

To say former President Donald Trump is a marked man is an understatement, the communist-loving left is making every effort to prevent Trump from being re-elected. Besides surviving an assassination attempt in Butler, PA, a raid of his home was conducted by the FBI who went in heavily armed and reportedly wanting a confrontation. Maybe this was supposed to be an assassination and it failed, because Trump wasn’t home.

It has been one soviet kangaroo court after another and many other efforts to interfere with the election. The head of the Dept. of Justice, Merrick Garland turned his attack dog, Jack Smith loose. Smith was using the documents seized by the FBI at Trump’s home to create a case against the former president. 

Fortunately for the country, the documents case landed in the federal court of Judge Eileen Cannon in Miami, FL. After false starts and false statements from Jack Smith, Judge Cannon threw the case out. It was determined that the documents were badly handled by people without proper clearances. And more importantly, Jack Smith claimed he was a Special Counsel, but he is a fraud. A Special Counsel has to be pulled from the private sector, appointed by the President, and confirmed by Congress. He was assigned to the position by Merrick Garland, who doesn’t have the appointment authority and both of them know it. Jack Smith doesn’t have the legal authority to charge the former president.

Now the fake Special Counsel is running around judge-shopping, hoping to have a court resurrect the Documents Case. We don’t have any law when the DOJ’s Jack Smith didn’t get his way. He trying to run roughshod over a legitimate court that has handed down a proper decision. 

As long as we have corrupt politicians, corrupt law enforcement, and corrupt judges, who are more interested in what’s in it for them, we no longer have a free country, and the citizens no longer have any rights. We are becoming a socialist banana republic.
