They know that counting illegal aliens will help them win in 2020.

America, it’s time to wake up. We are being sold a pack of lies by the Democrats with the help of their lackeys in the liberal news media. If they win, the America we grew up in will cease to exist. I’m not talking about the color of the skins of the immigrants. I’m talking about the illegals of whatever color who lie their way into our nation and have no allegiance to it. Read more...

Most Conservatives know that continuous printing of money can only mean one thing for the dollar – and it is not good. So I see more and more people turning to sound money – precious metals.

Gold and silver are the only Biblical money. There is actually no word for "money" in the Bible for money. But silver (in Hebrew, “gerah”) is described as being used for everyday business transactions, and gold (referred to as the shekel) is used as a storehouse of wealth in the Word.

In addition, gold and silver are the only Constitutional money. Do a word search on the Constitution, as I have done. (You can find a digitally searchable copy at www.ConservativeTruth.org and many other sites.) Search for any word related to money that you can think of: Currency, Payment, Exchange, Coin, Note, Gold, Silver, and the word Money itself. You will discover that gold and silver are the only Constitutional and legal money in our nation.  Read more...

Live-Aid, Which Inspired “We Are the World” was First Performed 34 Years Ago Today

Everyone remembers the wonderful song, “We are the World,” the face of the USA for Africa project that sold 20 million singles. Along with the money raised from promotional items like T-shirts and posters, the project raised $63 Million for famine relief in Africa. In today’s dollars that would be $163 Million.

But few remember what inspired “We are the World.” Live-Aid was the brainchild of Bob Geldof, the singer of an Irish rock group called the Boomtown Rats. In 1984, Geldof traveled to Ethiopia after hearing news reports of a horrific famine that had killed hundreds of thousands of Ethiopians and threatened to kill millions more. After returning to London, he called Britain’s and Ireland’s top pop artists together to record a single to benefit Ethiopian famine relief. “Do They Know It’s Christmas?” was written by Geldof and Ultravox singer Midge Ure and performed by “Band Aid,” an ensemble that featured Culture Club, Duran Duran, Phil Collins, U2, Wham!, and others. It was the best-selling single in Britain to that date and raised more than $10 million. Read more...

A Deception with Tentacles in Thousands of Churches - Perhaps Yours
Patrick Weir
WHAT DOES THE EMERGENT CHURCH BELIEVE?

This is not really a simple question to answer. The EC does not have firm beliefs in terms of doctrine. The every effort of the EC is to question the validity of Bible based Christianity without taking any specific positions. The EC merely casts an implication that maybe Christianity has been off base but allows that implication to float on that plastic island in the sea, never tying it down in a manner that can be addressed. This is no accident and it is not even recognized by the EC. But the deceiver, whose lie the EC is pedaling, is very much aware that letting the questions appear to be intellectual and humble impacts the minds of Christians, particularly ungrounded Christians. Those Christians whose leaders failed to “equip the saints for the work of the ministry”, leaving them unequipped to deal properly and discernably with deception. Read more...

The high and uncertain cost of health care is a major problem for all of us. The problem has one cause: Those needing care do not pay directly for it. Employers pay for it with the insurance they purchase and the government pays for it with its various programs. But since the user does not pay, the normal price discipline provided by our free enterprise system is eliminated. Read more...

On a recent episode of the Steven A. Smith show, the acclaimed sports reporter went off on the far-left movement currently overtaking America. More specifically, he went after the NBA's politically correct agenda.

Since becoming commissioner of the NBA, Adam Silver has made it his priority to guide the league in a more "progressive" direction. One such example is the NBA boycott of North Carolina. The state had mandated that individuals be assigned to their bathrooms based on biological gender. Due to the arbitrary nature of gender identity, this notion seemed far from ridiculous. Despite this, many left-leaning organizations, including the NBA, decided to boycott the state for its apparent biogotry.  Read more...

You don’t win battles when there is an abundance of white flags in your arsenal, but Christian universities haven’t yet grasped that concept. One after the other, Christian schools have hoisted the white flag of surrender regarding their practices, policies, and precepts. That’s called apostasy.  Read more...

All Americans should thank God we live in this country. We are indeed fortunate to be Americans and reside in the “land of the free and the home of the brave.”

This is the country that liberated the world from the horrors of Nazism and Imperial Japan. We brought down the “evil empire” and freed millions of people from the grips of Communist dictatorship. In every major international organization, from the NATO alliance to the United Nations, our country plays a leadership role in financial, diplomatic, and military support. When a disaster hits anywhere in the world, the most generous nation stepping forward to assist is always the United States of America. Truly, we are the world’s only superpower.  Read more...

Conservative talk radio host Rush Limbaugh passionately responded to a column which warned of a growing anti-Americanism in our country. Rush told his millions of listeners, “We are facing it right now, not 10 years from now.” Rush said not to misinterpret his concern to mean he has lost hope, or has given up on saving America. He said to view his rant as a clarion call for all who love our country to take action. Rush explained that he is not encouraging violence, but to simply start saying, “No!”  Read more...

A professor in a large university and an exchange student had an interesting discussion one day. The student asked a strange question to the professor. "Do you know how to catch wild pigs?" The professor thought it was a joke. "You catch wild pigs by finding a suitable place in the woods and putting corn on the ground. The pigs find it and begin to come every day to eat the free corn...   Read more...
The Democratic Party is offering unlimited government largess to all Americans, and even illegal immigrants.
Bob Pascarella
Those of us who had the the stamina and the mental capacity to suffer through the Democrat debates came away with our own assessments of the candidates, their characters and what they represent. I had low expectations for this double dose of leftist progressive propaganda and utter madness. But even I found it rather underwhelming. Then was it nothing more than a waste of time? Not at all. Hopefully the American people who bothered to watch now realize just how radical and, in some cases, unprepared these people are.  Read more...

Though I didn’t watch much of the Women’s World Cup this past weekend, I sure was happy to hear that America emerged victorious. Unlike other victorious World Cup teams across the world, there was no mention of thanks to God or Jesus from the American players.  Read more...

It must be said so I will say it. Joel Osteen is a heretic as are many other “soft” Evangelicals who have departed from the faith. I am careful about admonishing preachers since others are quick to do that, and usually the criticism is not valid. However, enough is enough. Joel fits the description of a heretic by being “a professed believer who maintains religious opinions contrary to those accepted by his or her church or rejects doctrines prescribed by that church.” Read more...
