Britian’s First Bimbo
June 20, 2002
by Steven Plaut
The first bimbo of Britain, the wife of the Prime Minister,
thinks that Arabs blow themselves up on busses full of children
and other civilians because they are so desperate, because their
"plight" is so "hopeless," and because their
cause must be so just. Else, why would they do such things?
Of course, NONE of the suicide bombers were particularly poor
or "suffering" from anything at all. Most were college
students in colleges established for the Palestinians by Israel.
But more importantly, if suicide bombings and suicide mass murders
prove how hopeless and desperate and just your cause is, then
how come Bimbo Blair does not think the exact same thing about
bin Laden’s bombers? Must not they ALSO be protesting against
hopelessness? Must their cause not be just for why else would
they behave the way they do? They MUST be, because otherwise
we would have to think the Madame Blair is simply a gutter anti-Semite
who likes to see Jewish children mass murdered.
In fact, we now know that bin Laden had been planning in crashing
some planes into the houses of Parliament, which would have
turned Hubby Blair into British blood pudding. Would the Madame
have considered that also legitimate protest against a hopeless
situation?
And all those Japanese kamikazis? Gosh, imagine how just their
cause must have been! And those IRA bombers blowing up pubs
full of Brits? Surely they must have a just cause or they would
not be driven to such desperate measures.
In fact suicide bombers do not blow themselves up out of any
desperate hopelessness of their just causes, but out of demonic
hatred that is so deep that they are willing to give their lives
for the pleasure of mass murdering innocent civilians to serve
their unjust causes.
Suicide bombers prove that Palestinians are savages and fascist
barbarians, not that their cause is just. Their cause is NOT
just. They are NOT suffering. They are NOT desperate, other
than desperate to murder.
Speaking of bimbos, the owner of CNN is Ted Turner. As you
know, the Ted just does not like Jews very much, and enjoys
when they get murdered. This is clearly reflected in CNN reports
on such things as "20 people died in the bus, counting
the suicide bomber" and "terrorists are activists"
and Gilo is an illegal settlement on Palestinian lands, and
so on.
The Ted gave a speech (reported in Haaretz June 19)
in which he said that the real terrorists in the Middle East
are the Israelis and that Israel’s treatment of Palestinians
is terrorism, at least as bad as Hamas terrorism.
Now I am sure you will know which flavor of pie needs be thrown
into the face of the Ted when next he appears in public, but
I would like to ask your assistance in a slightly different
path of action.
Three years ago, the leftist campus ruling class at the University
of Haifa decided to grant the Ted an honorary doctorate. They
liked his leftism and they figured maybe he’d pony up some cash
in gratitude. In reality, not only has the cash not materialized,
but the Ted was so condescending that he refused to even pop
over to Israel to pick up the honorary degree, so the university
had to send a groveling mission to Canada to hand it to him.
Maybe he was just depressed over Hanoi Jane dumping him.
Anyway, I would like to ask you to email the president of Haifa
University and its Friends offices and demand that the Ted’s
honorary PhD now be revoked officially in response to yesterday’s
comments, and that the university notify the press of the revoking.
The president is Yehuda Hayuth at hayuth@uvm.haifa.ac.il
The Friends Offices can be identified via http://multimedia.haifa.ac.il/friends/index.html
