A Note on Needed WisdomBy Robin Rowan December 5, 2016Asking God for wisdom, rather than listening to words and gossip of man, is a powerful tool that can change your life.
Humility allows us to hear a different viewpoint, or new facts, and ask God if some things we had heard in the past from men, things we were made to believe, were really true. If you believed "there wouldn't be an election," "Obama was going to issue Marshall Law," "Obama's Third term," You can ask God for forgiveness. Especially if you repeated it, ask for forgiveness and for the Lord to direct you to bring in a new level of Wisdom and Truth.
Throughout the scripture, the Lord tells us "Do not fear," so why do Christians spread words that create fear? It is a distraction of the enemy. If a Christian is repeating these things, they are not speaking affirmations and truth from their mouths. The prayers begin sent up are not based in truth, so misdirected. Do we want to waste a single prayer up to God on something that is not true? It is a strategy of the enemy that has been effective in this last season. We should be careful in our prayer lives. Not praying on things that we see on the internet, but with knowledge, from the Father's heart. How many Christians prayed for the fast "Dinar revaluation scheme" rather than praying for Christian brothers and the Land, the Nation, of Iraq the last 6 years? Now the enemy has taken over the land. Ask the Lord for His heart on this, should repentance be in order. Solomon's prayer is not only for our leaders, but for our own lives. We must pray as Solomon prayed in 1 Kings 3 - for the Lord to first, before all else, to open our minds to wisdom and discernment. As Solomon's heart and prayers were first to be able to discern between good and evil, he was also then blessed with wealth and prosperity.
